Member Code Holder (MCH)      $ 7.00             One (1) registration Member Code Holder Number

                                                                                 An MCH will receive up to 3.5% cash back rewards from 

                                                                                    participating merchants, product manufacturers and/or

                                                                                    service providers from online purchases.

Associate Code Holder (ACH)     $ 1,400          Two hundred (200) registration Member Code Holder Numbers

                                                                                An ACH will receive up to 3.5% cash back rewards from 

                                                                                    participating merchants, product manufacturers and/or

                                                                                    service providers from the purchases made by the Member

                                                                                    Code Holders from online purchases. The ACH will share 50/50 

                                                                                    or 1.75% of the cash rewards received with the Primary Code Holder.

Primary Code Holder (PCH)       $10,500         A PCH will receive up to 1.75% cash back rewards from 

                                                                                    participating merchants, product manufacturers and/or

                                                                                    service providers from the purchases made by the Member

                                                                                    Code Holder from online purchases. The PCH will share 50/50 

                                                                                    or 1.75% of the cash rewards received with the Associate Code Holder.
